1. Introduction

Welcome to Talentz. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform operated by Talentz Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Talentz. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Services & Fees

Talentz provides an online freelance marketplace connecting clients with freelancers. We charge service fees on transactions processed through the platform. Fee details are available on your dashboard and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: posting false or misleading information, harassing other users, attempting to bypass platform fees, uploading malicious software, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Talentz, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Talentz Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Freelancers retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Clients agree to pay for services as agreed upon with the freelancer. Talentz holds funds in escrow until the work is completed and approved. Refund and dispute policies are outlined in our Help Center.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a client and freelancer, Talentz offers a mediation process to help resolve the matter. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talentz Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Talentz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
