The ideal candidate blends strong visual design sensibility with practical front-end knowledge and a user-centered approach. Key Responsibilities: Create visual designs, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for websites, landing pages, and web components. Design responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing to translate requirements into compelling designs. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, UI component libraries, and style guides. Optimize designs for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and performance. Prepare pixel-perfect production-ready assets (SVGs, images, icons) and design specifications for handoff. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics. Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
